SSC GD Latest Update 2026
SSC has released the official notification for the Constable GD Exam 2026. The exam will be conducted through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) from 27 April to 30 May 2026. A total of 25,487 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment in various paramilitary forces like BSF, CISF, and CRPF. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST)
After qualifying the Computer-Based Examination (CBE), candidates are shortlisted for the PET/PST stage. In the Physical Standard Test (PST), candidates’ height, weight, and chest (if applicable) are measured. After that, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is conducted to assess physical fitness through running.
