Haryana Clerk Selection Process 2026

The Haryana Clerk Recruitment 2026 selection process consists of the following stages:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
    Candidates will appear for an online written examination consisting of General Knowledge and English Composition subjects.
  2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
    Qualified candidates from the written exam will be called for the Spreadsheet Test and English Typing Test.
  3. Document Verification
    Candidates who qualify all stages will be called for verification of educational and category-related documents.

Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). The CPT is qualifying in nature only, and its marks will not be included in the final merit list. The test consists of two parts:

Part-I (Spreadsheet Test)

  • The Spreadsheet Test will carry 10 marks.
  • The duration of the test will be 10 minutes.
  • Candidates must secure at least 4 marks (40%) to qualify this section.

Part-II (Computer Typing Test)

  • Only candidates who qualify the Spreadsheet Test will have their typing test evaluated.
  • Candidates must type in English at a speed of 30 words per minute (W.P.M.).
